A little Asian twist for a simple salad. Perfect side dish for chicken yakitori or grilled chicken.
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp light soy (I used Kikkoman all purpose)
- 1 tsp wasabi paste
- 1 tbsp white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds to garnish
In a small bowl, mix all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Put celery slices in a medium mixing bowl, pour 2/3 of the dressing into the celery, and toss well until coated. Keep excess dressing for later.
Garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
