Fish sauces are made out of fermented anchovies, so they’re a great shortcut for making a delicious classic Caesar dressing in less than 10 minutes!
Ingredients
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 large garlic clove, grated
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice (1/4 lemon)
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe Preparation
Simply combine all ingredients in a small glass jar. Give it a few good shakes and let it sit in the fridge while you prepare the rest of the meal. Toss dressing with greens just before serving.
