This sauce has a great umami flavor, which makes it perfect for simple roasted vegetables! Use it on plain baked cauliflower, eggplant, or cabbage.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp dark/red miso paste
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
