Healthy Soft Serve

Banana is something that really serve many purposes. Most people would only consume bright yellow and firm bananas. But we also know that they get ripe real quick and before you use them up for the typical no waste produce, aka banana bread or muffins, hang in there and let them ripe a couple extra days until they are really brown and soft. Peel them and ziplock them in freezer to make this wonderful healthy soft serve.

If you would ever make banana ice cream, you are obviously care about what you eat otherwise you won’t even care about freezing bananas for other recipes. I chose to sprinkle multi-seeds and dark chocolate pieces into this recipe as this is not only a healthier treat, it is also high in protein when I sneaked in a scoop of protein powder in it.

All you’ll need is 5 minutes and a good food processor to make this yummy treat.
